Weeknight Rate (Avail. after 6pm *some exceptions made) = $80/h MIN 2HRS
Weekend Rate (Avail. after 6pm *some exceptions made) = $100/h MIN 2HRS

50% required upon booking with a credit card. Remainder must be paid at the time of the booking.


Deposit is refundable up to 48 hours prior to your booking. If cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to booking the total deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The renter is responsible for cleaning up the event lounge after the event. The space must be left in the condition it was found. All decorations must be taken down. All garbage must be removed. All surfaces must be wiped down. Floor must be swept and any dishes supplied by The Fountainhead Network must be loaded into the dishwasher located in the lounge.
You understand that you will be billed an additional 60.00 on your credit card in the event that you fail to clean up the lounge area after your event.


  • Unlimited Coffee & Tea/Water Beverages $5/each attendee 

  • Kegerator/Beer on tap Rental $50/day - Requires 1+ Week lead time.
